Jenni has over 15 years of experience and knows the shop well. She loves design and everything 'tiles', so ask for her if she's working on your day visit.
Poor customer service - incorrectly charged on sample tiles and then they tried to charge me $150 to pick up the tiles in store. Ended up canceling my order. Sadly I don't recommend.
Daniel was so patient and helpful! Very impressed with the selection and customer service.
