The experience and value of a place like the Tile Shop depends on the displays (the Tile Shop is great for this) and, just as importantly, on who helps you. In our case, Ginny provided great advice to help us decide on fireplace surround tiles. We showed her pictures of the room/furniture/rug and she immediately noted that we should also consider pulling from the tones of the wood floor. Perfect! Ginny was fantastic to work with. She was patient as we considered numerous tiles for our bathroom remodel.
Paris was so very helpful. I am so glad she was working when I visited the store. She knows so much about the products and has an eye for design. I love that for her. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, and there was no pressure from anyone. I will certainly return to place an order.
