Paris was so very helpful. I am so glad she was working when I visited the store. She knows so much about the products and has an eye for design. I love that for her. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, and there was no pressure from anyone. I will certainly return to place an order.
Good place to go to pick out tile
Ginny was so helpful in walking us through the selection process… we were overwhelmed with all the choices when we first walked in but she worked with us and helped us narrow it down so quickly—and we are so happy with the result! Thank you!!
We have been thrilled with our experience at The Tile Shop. We just closed on our house and we wanted to do some custom tile for the kitchen backsplash and the fireplace surround. We had visited other tile stores in the Charlotte area and could not find what we were looking for.
