We had some small issues with our tile order, plus needed a unique type of grout to work with our project. Bryan took the time to pull every color of tile I ordered, he took photos and sent them to me, and we walked through multiple color options and scenarios with the grout. He was enormously helpful. He gave me a tremendous amount of peace since I’m trying to navigate major tile decisions from our vacation.
