Best experience with this project and others we’ve ever had!!!!
Very positive experience with the Northwoods Business Parkway, Charlotte location. Ginny Thompson and Brian were excellent to work with and very knowledgeable. The store showroom was very well laid out with a very nice selection of materials and displays. This will be my go to place for future projects.
Staff was friendly and very helpful. We came to the store with no idea of what we wanted and left with a plan.

The experience and value of a place like the Tile Shop depends on the displays (the Tile Shop is great for this) and, just as importantly, on who helps you. In our case, Ginny provided great advice to help us decide on fireplace surround tiles. We showed her pictures of the room/furniture/rug and she immediately noted that we should also consider pulling from the tones of the wood floor. Perfect!
