Keith Gamble and Leticia Preston were absolutely wonderful to me. I had problems and resolved them. Helped me to find exactly what I wanted for my design for my bathroom shower floor and main floor. It took time and patience. They were professional, pleasant and sooo kind to me. I highly recommend them to everyone. They work at the Northcross store in Charlotte NC.
Customer service here is fantastic! Keith was kind enough to arrange for me to see Photos of Various color lots of a particular marble. I don’t live near A tile shop, so having this information was very helpful before having the marble shipped to me. Great experience!
I had a fantastic experience! I am a return customer. This time I worked with their Sales Associate, Leticia, and she was amazing . Not only does she have great designing skills , creative thinking and knowledge of the products - she has wonderful people skills . She really listens to her customers - understands who they are and what they like. I felt like she took me on a restoration journey - making what could feel overwhelming - into a light-hearted fun experience! Thank you !
I had the great pleasure of working with Leticia Preston from the North Charlotte Tile Shop. She was incredibly professional on the several times I needed to come in for inspiration for bathroom tile projects and a kitchen backsplash (I have at least 3 more bathrooms to work on and another kitchen in the future).
