Thank you Lance Dickherber! Lance helped me this week with a very small project but provided a service that was way above what I expected since the project was so small. I worked with the Tile Shop once before with remodeling my Master Bath and this also was a very positive experience. If you have any home projects coming up, I would recommend Lance and the Tile Shop is where you should be looking for your tile.

We have used the Tile Shop for 3 bathrooms, a kitchen remodel as well as other projects. The staff are extremely helpful and the displays are full of ideas. The very best thing is that you can return products you do not use. Even materials they have to order in. We highly recommend them.

We purchased and paid for several thousands of dollars in tile from this store. They didn't have the tile in stock and said the shipment would take roughly a week. Later the same day of the purchase, we found the same tile at about 1/2 the price elsewhere. We cancelled our order within 24 hours. That was 7 days ago. The Tile Shop still hasn't refunded our money. I just called this store and was told that this was the company policy and because of the dollar amount, I just had to wait. A recent visit to this location was a pleasant surprise. Justin was very helpful not only in my ordering experience, but in the cost of the materials.
