After visiting multiple tile stores, I was lucky to find The Tile Shop. Erin and Shylah were welcoming, patient, and incredibly helpful. Erin Van Nest has been extremely helpful. She knows the product line, made very useful suggestions after thoroughly understanding our project and appreciating what we were looking for. She also made recommendations to solve various issues we were wrestling with. We look forward to working with her again when the next project comes up.
I placed a call to see if they had 8 x 8 inch tiles for flooring. Erin answered and advised that they did. Upon arriving, she helped us find and select the perfect tile. The product and knowledgeable service was impeccable!!!
Walked in with a few questions regarding some tiles. James answered all of my questions and was so knowledgeable and nice. Great customer service.
