We just spent 1+ hours in the store, and not a single staff member said hello. They had plenty of time to sit around and chit chat with each other. They walked into the aisles we were in, and no hello. We walked into aisles they were in, and no hello. We carried tiles back and forth from row to row and across sections, and again no hellos. The final blow was when we walked out and a staff member was standing at the door, and again, all he did was stare. You claim you pride yourselves on customer service.... what a joke.
