more for designers Went we were just starting out on our "tile journey" and really felt out of place because of our lack of experience. It appeared to be a very nice tile store with many gorgeous selections. Probably more of a shop that deals directly with designers rather than lay public / inexperienced public. So if you know what you are doing, it's worth a stop.
Tile Shop Full of Promises Though they have a wide variety of products- the availability to obtian the product is a different story. The sales department is compared to an used car dealer - how great everything is until you get it off the lot. I needed a large portion of product - the Tile Shop only had half my order available but reassured me the truck next week will have my balance. Tile Shop They had the tile I had been looking for over a month at a great price. They also gave me the name and number of a great contractor who did a fabulous job.
Extensive selection of tile Whether you want to add a back splash, add a natural stone floor to an outdoor living room or remodel a bathroom, the Tile Store has the product you need. These guys are experts in the tile business. Don't go to a big package store for something as specialized as tile. Their selection and expertise can't be beat.
Quality Tile with Amazing Selection and Service The Tile Shop provides a fantastic selection of beautiful, quality tile. I worked with Teresa M. who is educated in interior design and she was wonderful! She was very helpful in bringing our vision to life! I compared price and quality at other locations and will come back to The Tile Shop and work with Teresa every time!
Good luck Disorganized and overly assertive salespeople. One open box hade greasy hand prints and scratches in it for a needless trip back. Then had to wait a week for them to restock. Of course the scratched pieces went back on the shelf.
Lots of choices My parents needed some tile, so they decided to give them a try. Walking in there was such a big variety. That was the hard part choosing just one. They picked the one that they had been looking for. The staff is friendly & knowledgeable. They were a big help & we would return the next time we need tile. So if you need tile try them out.
