Tile Shop is a good place for all your tiling needs The Tile Shop carries hundreds of styles of tile and all the supplies you need for your tiling project. The way the showroom is set up gives you lots of creative ideas for ways to use tiles including coordinating tiles, and mixing and matching. They also offer free classes for the do-it-yourselfers. The knowledgeable staff is helpful in finding what you need.
Customer Have been to this store several times while remodeling and have always found the staff to be very helpful. Their showroom is large and displays many different layouts. You can take samples home to see how they will look. They offer help for the do it your selfers and have the accessories in stock to help with your job. Prices are very competitive and would recommend.
Tile Shop is BEST I like the Tile Shop. As a professional installer their customer service is on par with the home Depot, which I've always considered good. They have the guts to employ a tall dread-locked guy named "Saudi Muslim", who, by the way, is very good at his job and customer service. Returns are very liberal, as much as Home Depot also; they're geared towards do-it-yourselfers. I don't believe you! I recently designed two houses in the great falls. I didn't know anything about the tile shop til three months ago. I was told by a friend to go to their store. I went there, and I got to say WOW! I've never seen anything like anywhere! they had a HUGE selection! I worked with different people there since I had two projects and they were really knowledgeable! and I must say, they knew what they were talking about! Great Service and Selection We were refered here by our granite contractor. We went on a Thursday and were met at the front counter by two people. The salesperson my contractor recommended immediately waited on us. She gave us great service and after 90 minutes of comparing different set ups we placed an order. We were told it would be there Tuesday and it was. We had extra material and they promptly refunded our money.
The Tile Shop... not the greatest We recently built a home and were in need of a lot of tile (kitchen, 4 bathrooms, tub & shower surroundings) so we checked out the Tile Shop.. this shop is located in a business district and there are at least 3 tile shops located within a block or two for one another, stiff competition in my opinion.. but we went to this store and the one right next door and upon walking in here were amazed, it's really clean, a large store with a large selection.. but the downfall was that there was very l... read more
WORST SERVICE i went there to buy tiles for my pool and the colors i got were bright when i saw it on the samples and then when they got to our house the color of the tile was a different shade of blue and then i went back there and nobody was coming up to me and saying whats the problem and plus they have BAD service my opinion DONT GO THERE!!!!!
Poor Customer Service The staff here have no understanding of what customer service means. I came in for the first time with my two young kids looking for grout and caulk. Not one staff member approached me to ask if I needed any assistance. It took a long time to even find someone willing to help me. When I did, he just quickly showed me where the caulk is located when I really needed some assistance choosing the right products/colors, etc. It then took me another 10 minutes to find someone to show me where the unsanded gro... read more
