These guys are experts in the tile business. Don't go to a big package store for something as specialized as tile. Their selection and expertise can't be beat.
Quality Tile with Amazing Selection and Service The Tile Shop provides a fantastic selection of beautiful, quality tile. I worked with Teresa M. who is educated in interior design and she was wonderful! She was very helpful in bringing our vision to life! I compared price and quality at other locations and will come back to The Tile Shop and work with Teresa every time!
Good luck Disorganized and overly assertive salespeople. One open box hade greasy hand prints and scratches in it for a needless trip back. Then had to wait a week for them to restock. Of course the scratched pieces went back on the shelf.

The customer service there was excellent. It was so much easier than working with Lowes. My only complaint is the delivery. I assumed it would be like any other delivery of furniture or lumber or nearly any large order, where it was deposited in our garage by a fork lift or at least a truck with a loader, but instead, it was on a flat bed trailer and had to be brought into the garage piece by piece. It's really sad when a business tells you that the delivery service they use, "sucks." Yes, he said "sucks." He highly recommended that I spend the $200, because if anything was broken, it was covered if their service made the delivery. It would not be covered if I picked it up myself. More about delivery in a moment. Mind you the salesman was really nice and seemed to have a LOT of experience. This place without a doubt is the finest place I have ever dealt with buying tile. They areall so very knowledgeable willing to offer advice, show you tiles until you are crazy and tell you howthe best way is to install them, right down to the thin set, grout, admixture, spacers, drying time and anything else you don't know.
