When you go in, ask for Carla! She helped us take the overwhelmed out of the tile purchasing process, and made sure we found something we loved. I had no idea she could do mock ups for us to help us get a vision for what our new bathroom would look like, we gave her some ideas and she came up with her own! We really appreciated her eye for design, and ended up picking a tile we really liked. Would highly recommend her for your tile design needs, especially if the whole process typically has you stressed- she’s awesome!

Manager was way too pushy. I told him 5 times that I was fine and just looking and he just kept bothering me.

The selection was great, but it was the customer service that we loved. Gabriel was amazing. He was invested, always had time for us, and when we missed part of our order at pickup, he drove the missing items to our home. And, get this. I texted him with a question, and even though he was on his vacation (in Hawaii, no less) he said " How can I help?" And help he did. Highly recommend!

Great place and super helpful staff. Joey, the store manager, will go the extra mile to help out and the guy can load a truck using a forklift like nobody's business. Gabriel was also very knowledgable and competent. Great place, highly recommend.

Be careful if they find out that you are not willing to wait a week for a small order of tile.They will dismiss you very quickly
