Carla is the friendliest, most helpful, and most awesome tile expert in town. She approached us and asked us if we needed help and she was immediately excited about our ideas and offered suggestions. She showed us new tile ideas. She shared her expertise and helped us. She made the whole visit worthwhile and fun. You should ask for her if you visit this store.
Wonderful service and a lot to choose from
I would not recommend The Tile Shop to anyone. The quality of the installation is unacceptable. When walking on the floor, the tiles are uneven and lack smoothness—you can clearly feel raised edges underfoot. Additionally, several tiles are already chipped, despite being newly installed. When I requested that someone come out to evaluate the work, I was told that as long as it meets basic code requirements, nothing can be done. That response is extremely disappointing.
