Great customer service with tons of time to choose from
Totally awesome staff and customer service. We highly recommend this business!
The store called us an hour ago to pick up 270 tiles prior to winter storm. I get there and there’s only 220–no one counted before calling us. No apology from 2 team members. Wasted an hour, had to reorder another 50, and when I asked for expedited shipping for the reordered small amount, I got a sarcastic response of “well do you want them to arrive broken?” Bottom line —they did not take ownership for the mistake or try to make it right for wasting an extra trip out there just prior to the storm hitting.
Great selections. Pricing is reasonable considering the boutique feel and service you get! Highly recommend.
