I have always received excellent service from the team at the Mequon Tile Shop (especially Roger, the store manager). They go above and beyond to ensure we receive materials timely and in good condition. I recommend all of my clients to visit the tile shop for selections on their tile projects.
I am completely blown away by Roger at the Mequon location. This man not only KNOWS his stuff and takes unmistakable pride in his work, he has also gone WAY out of his way to help us twice. An outsourced company made a mistake, and although someone else was at fault, Roger admirably took responsibility and spent much time and effort to correct it. Saudi takes such good care of us! We've also been very satisfied with their products, selection, & knowledge, especially while working with Saudi!
The first tube was great, perfect, and came out smoothly when finished. The second tube was expired and tore during the finishing. Now I have to remove a whole tube of caulk in my shower on a brand new installation. Thank you so much. So, I checked all my tubes from two stores, and this store sold me 2 out of 4 that were old. Won't be using the second old tube.
