We decided to look at the Tile Shop when the other floor covering stores were coming up short in terms of available styles to look at in person. I was very happy with the in-store selection at the Tile Shop, and even happier with store management. Roger is an absolute gem, and it was wonderful to work with. He takes care of his customers and is responsive to requests.
We stopped by the Tile Shop in Mequon to purchase tile for a shower that was being redone. All of the associates were knowledgeable and professional which made our selection process low stress and enjoyable. Sarah was very patient and took time to make sure the new tile blended seamlessly with the existing tile we have in the bathroom. There is a reason the Tile Shop in Mequon is so good — and it’s not just their products. It’s their people. Throughout our project, each time we needed help we ended up speaking with a different employee. Every one of them communicated clearly, knew the products well, and genuinely wanted to help.
