This store has a super nice selection of beautiful tile, and very helpful and friendly staff. Went above and beyond to help me with a tricky return. Will definitely shop there in the future.
Employee Roger did a poor job.
We have been struggling to find tile that we like for a project and Maddie at the Mequon location was outstanding! She was very knowledgeable, helped us understand differences in tile types and truly listened to what we are trying to achieve helping us brainstorm options. Thank you Maddie for taking the time to genuinely want to help and making our experience positive!
Roger was super helpful with our bathroom selection, highly recommend the tile shop. Ask to speak with Roger, he will help you design the perfect space
