We went in to match a piece of missing tile. The woman at the counter was very knowledgeable and service was exceptional. Definitely worth the visit.
Stopped in for the first time to see about a threshold piece for a new tile project. Amber was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took the time to help us select the perfect threshold and made the whole process easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service and expertise—I highly recommend this tile store!
Stopped in for the first time to find grout that I just couldn't find at the big box store for our small bathroom remodel and AMBER was amazing! Even though I didn't bring any of our tile into the store, she quickly found samples from their stock and proceeded to walk me through how to pick a grout that would complement rather than compete with our tile selections. We just redid our master bath, taking out an old tub and installing a walk in shower. Both Amber and Joanna were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and flexible as we tried to make up our minds about what to do. The project is finished and we could not be happier. I highly recommend them if you are wanting to do a project.
I can’t say enough good things about how helpful Amber was to work with. We needed new carpet - something pet-friendly- and had no idea where to start. She was so patient and accommodating every step of the process. Great product, great installation, outstanding customer service!
