I’ve lived here for a couple of years, for the most part I enjoyed my stay but ever since they changed management it has gone downhill. All of the staff supposedly “quit” at the same time which is strange. The last few months I’ve noticed that they cut down a lot of costs pertaining to the upkeep of the building. The back door is always open so anyone can get in. The package lockers have been broken for months so now delivery couriers are forced to leave them on the floor of the mail room. I lived here two years. Just like many other apartments you will hear your neighbors above you and to the sides. Also, the doors are so heavy, expect to hear the pounding sound when people decide to move at nighttime. Cars are broken into often in the parking lot. I used to pay for my water use $25 a month, after a few months they decided to make it $50 flat fee per month. I'm very unsatisfied with this apartment and I've been here for 4 months. I've seen multiples roaches and two different types. I've seen the American cockroach and brown branded cockroach. When I spoke to the "Kayla", one of the leasing agents she was very rude and called the roaches "Florida waterbugs that you just have to kill and throw in the trash" which basically disregarded anything about infestation!!! These apartments are promoted online as luxurious apartments but what's luxury about living with roaches of all kinds... read more
if I can give 0 stars I would. do not live here. I was harassed by the guy living below me (he literally came up to my door multiple times, banging on my door, pacing back and forth in front of my door) I couldn't walk, drop my phone, or even play with my dog or he would be at my door within seconds complaining that he hears my footsteps.
