I love Tie Dyed close. I do not order things on line. I make my own Tie Dyed Tee's & things.
The products and prices are great, but the customer service is HORRIBLE! I ordered my wife a t-shirt for Christmas 2014 and it did not fit correctly so she sent it back for an exchange in January 2015. I have emailed back and forth with Shelley and have spoken to her on the phone (early July) at which time she told me that the shirt would be mailed out the next day. After a few weeks I emailed Shelley and was told the shirt had been shipped. It is now mid-August and I still do not have a t-shirt, cannot get any emails respon... read more
