I should have check this Facebook page before ordering. I ordered a shirt but nothing has been done on the order yet. I have also written emails, made calls (voice mail is full all the time so no message can be left) and have also sent message through Facebook with no response. I am looking somewhere else to get my shirt.
I have ordered a number of shirts from the Tie Dyed shop in the past. They have been good quality shirts and never had a problem. That is until recently when even though I ordered a size larger for 2 shirts I was giving as gifts they still were too short. I returned them to the Tie Dyed Shop for larger sizes. I've made numerous phone calls and have sent numerous emails and still do not have replacement shirts or a response from the shop. May 13, 2016. Ordered a shirt. Needed to return it for a larger size. Did so and still have not received, (June 6, 2016) a refund or an exchange. Have sent 7 emails to Shelly and have left 5 voice mail messages and NOTHING. I will pull up every review site that I can find and leave a "gone out of business" review. Pretty lame. Pretty sorry! Moving on to the Better Business Bureau!
Superior customer service is listed on website. We'll I have called, emailed regarding an order AND crickets! Still have not received or heard back from this company.
