Had an appointment scheduled for Wednesday, on Sunday the customer service rep Brittany called demanding credit card payment over the phone. When I said I would not give my credit card number verbally and would add to web portal she got hostile, started talking over me, and insisting that payment was due today or my appointment would be canceled. This is seriously the best cleaning service I've ever received!! They paid attention to every bit of my home. They cleaned up dog food behind my dog bin and cleaned the food and water mat as well as the corners and baseboards that we haven't been able to pay attention to in a long time. They went above and beyond my expectations. I am so please. Thank you very much!
