We stayed on the 10th floor. Never used the gym so I have no opinion on it. Pros: The place is clean and appears to be well taken care of. Sandy is prompt with a response when we have questions or need guidance. shopping carts are available for large grocery runs-\-\but you have to use the service elevator when using one and for luggage. Very RACIST ! Staff is extremely rude ! These units are being rented on air bnb and you will have all types of people in and out .
condominio moderno con excelentes instalaciones, servicios, vigilancia, piscina entrada a la playa ubicado entre los Bulevares Hallandale y Hollywood los cuales cuenta con plazas comerciales, supermercados,restaurantes, tiendas ,outlets etc.
I don’t care for this area. The Tides is fine and their security peeps are very friendly.
