The community is well maintained, the staff is friendly and responsive, and any issues I’ve had have been handled quickly. It’s a comfortable, peaceful place to live, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment community. Good job on the new air pump, I was thinking it'd be great!
Your staff is excelent-especially Cassie. I've had an issue with plants and my front yard---they had died and my place looked anemic. Well I contacted Tides management and there was someone in charge, Cassie. She was wonderful to work with and she handl;ed the issus. I appreciate her concern and her resolve in solvong this. Done in a timely manner. Nate came back to follow up which was nice. And he explained the issue.
Ashley Lambiase was so helpful with an insurance issue I was having. She went above and beyond to help me understand what was going on. It has been resolved and it’s because of Ashley’s knowledge. She’s very professional and kind. You have a fabulous staff!
