Nice condos but black mold was a concern
As an owner, I truly appreciate how the HOA maintains strict standards—it’s for the greater good of the community, keeping it safe, beautiful, and enjoyable for everyone. It’s amusing to read some of the negative reviews complaining about things like the grass being cut too often or the HOA enforcing too many rules.
