OK — I love this place and really appreciate the old school/economical way of getting my car washed, have loved them since I was a kid in the 70s, and our kids now love it too! BUT: the change machine is routinely out of order…. Please Tidal Wave, make this better — thank you

The only thing this place has going for it is that it's the only car wash in Sebastopol. One of the bays ate my quarters and the change machine wasn't working the last two times I went.

If I could give lower than 1 star, I would. Never in my life, have I gone out of my way to give a negative review about a business. However, this pushes a well defined line. This owner also owns the Hi-Tide laundromat in Sebastopol. Which is always extremely dirty, the machines eat your quarters, and there has been literal poop in the washers. If you look at the ground, You can see a thick well defined border of dirt and dog hair that surrounds the entire perimeter of the washing/drying machines.. Back to the car wash, The w... read more
