I hired Ticket Clinic because of their connection to VINwiki, a brand I respect for integrity and trust. Unfortunately, Ticket Clinic has not delivered that level of professionalism in my experience. This was a straightforward speeding ticket. They failed to appear in court twice, which resulted in a warrant being issued. Horrible communication, never was notified court date was changed. The contract is a joke, too, and they don't take accountability for not showing up or notifying me of my court date being changed. You are better off using a different law firm. Very pissed off.
Horrible service, it’s a law office run and managed by legal assistants. You can never get a hold of an attorney.
case dismissed!! My attorney was excellent and she went to very extraordinary lengths to get a positive result, i recommend them to everyone!
Truly horrific representation. Almost never responds. Only did so after a month of emails. Still didn’t let us know whether to attend court. Now we’re out $360, and have to go represent ourselves anyway just in case. I’m starting to wonder if this isn’t an actual scam. If you’re here to leave a review because they’ve treated you the same then know that you MUST attend the arraignment. Don’t take chances. Worst case they show up as well. And if they don’t you’ll have saved yourself a suspended license.
