Frankie does not answer emails, does not return calls, does not communicate at all, is extremely disorganized, does not follow through on tasks, and fails to show up to court. I mailed him a signed plea agreement and a check to settle my case. Not only did he take the money, but he failed to show up to court, causing me to get a failure to appear from court. My simple traffic ticket was bound over to state court. If you care about your case and your sanity, stay far away from Frankie Hicks and The Ticket Clinic.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with a law firm. I wasted more than a year dealing with them, and they accomplished absolutely nothing for me. The communication was terrible, and I was constantly left without answers or updates about my own case. Every time I contacted them, nobody seemed to know what was going on. I kept getting excuses, no clear answers, and no real progress. I paid them my money expecting professional representation, but I felt completely ignored and abandoned as a client. I am sitting in a courtroom, waiting for my attorney who is an hour late, and stopped communicating with me about his ETA. They stated it was traffic, but Google Maps says otherwise. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I do not recommend.

We hired The Ticket Clinic a few days after I received a speeding ticket in Georgia in October 2025. My husband and I both called multiple times throughout this period. We did not receive a single phone call or email with an update on our situation, and each time we called, we were only able to talk to the person who answers the phones. We were planning to move to a different state and we called multiple times and were reassured each time that we would not have to appear in court.
