They took $300.00 from me Seven months ago. A speeding ticket doing 80 in the 70. Lawyer never called me to inform me that he lost my case. Called court to get the information needed. THEY DONT EVEN CALL TO NOTIFY YOU THE OUTCOME.Come to find out I owe an additional $235.00 and need to pay a traffic school. WHAT A HUGE WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. BAD REVIEWS ARE REAL..I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!
Don’t listen to the negative Nancy’s on the reviews. Some people never have anything good to say about anything but only complain. Ticket Clinic is very legit and a blessing to have. I have used them twice and won both tickets. I would highly recommend ticket clinic to my family. There’s never a guarantee. I’d rather take my chances with ticket clinic. Win or lose!! Ticket clinic is not trustworthy. After 3 months they extended my court date because they hadn't done anthing. They subcontracted to Ticket busters who also did nothing. Worthless.
Asked them to handle a simple speeding ticket. Their plan was to postpone the hearing long enough for the officer to not show (roughly a year they said) and then have it dismissed. Sounded like a plan. Quick to take payment then proceed to never update, call or email again. This was November, they pleaded guilty gave points and the full ticket price 3 months later. The process was really easy. The web is very user friendly and all you have to do is submit your ticket details and make one payment. They take care of the rest. They keep you informed of the development of the case and the outcome was great: Case dismissed!!! I absolutely recommend The Ticket Clinic!!!
