Don’t listen to the negative Nancy’s on the reviews. Some people never have anything good to say about anything but only complain. Ticket Clinic is very legit and a blessing to have. I have used them twice and won both tickets. I would highly recommend ticket clinic to my family. There’s never a guarantee. I’d rather take my chances with ticket clinic. Win or lose!! Ticket clinic is not trustworthy. After 3 months they extended my court date because they hadn't done anthing. They subcontracted to Ticket busters who also did nothing. Worthless.
Asked them to handle a simple speeding ticket. Their plan was to postpone the hearing long enough for the officer to not show (roughly a year they said) and then have it dismissed. Sounded like a plan. Quick to take payment then proceed to never update, call or email again. This was November, they pleaded guilty gave points and the full ticket price 3 months later. The process was really easy. The web is very user friendly and all you have to do is submit your ticket details and make one payment. They take care of the rest. They keep you informed of the development of the case and the outcome was great: Case dismissed!!! I absolutely recommend The Ticket Clinic!!!
I've used The Ticket Clinic 2 times within the last 10 years and both times I didn't have to worry about the tickets at all. They are very professional and communication is great on updates. Will use them again. Will recommend to anyone who got any traffic tickets.
