Asked them to handle a simple speeding ticket. Their plan was to postpone the hearing long enough for the officer to not show (roughly a year they said) and then have it dismissed. Sounded like a plan. Quick to take payment then proceed to never update, call or email again. This was November, they pleaded guilty gave points and the full ticket price 3 months later. The process was really easy. The web is very user friendly and all you have to do is submit your ticket details and make one payment. They take care of the rest. They keep you informed of the development of the case and the outcome was great: Case dismissed!!! I absolutely recommend The Ticket Clinic!!!

Speechless not, I have a lot to say. Think twice about this kind of legal representation service. I paid Ticket Clinic to represent me on a ticket that I was not guilty of. On my 1st court appearance Ticket Clinic missed it. I was notified by Superior Courts of California by mail of the non appearance several days later. I called Ticket Clinic next day of receipt of Superior Courts notice of non appearance and they informed me that they requested another court day on the day I called.
