My experience with the Thriving You has been amazing. I’ve worked with numerous people in the organization and they have helped me get right back on track. The events they put on out at the farm have added value to my entire family. I recommend them all day every day.
Customer service is absolutely terrible. If the receptionist is on vacation, the doctors need to either find a replacement or return phone calls on their own. They cannot leave their patients hanging OR update the voicemail settings to say the office is closed this week and we will return phone calls next week. Even so, these doctors work with suicidal patients, mental health patients, etc - they SHOULD NOT be leaving their patients without a backup, especially when they decide to go on a 3 plus week vacation.
