The owner and co-owner did no such thing at attempting to address concerns, they were never acknowledged to begin with Update after talking to the owner Lorenzo, and the exec director/co-founder Michelle. On Thursday 07/02, Michelle (whom i emailed for support, she runs the support page) completely ignored every concern in my original email, until Lorenzo set up a meeting to discuss these concerns.
