My child was assigned a therapist last May and she was great but she resigned due to finding another job. I was told by the Intake person that she would be assigned another therapist. Three months passed and I had to call only for them to tell me that she wasn't on the list to be reassigned. She was assigned an intern but then the insurance didn't bill for interns. I would not recommend this therapist to anyone seeking a therapist who values open communication and collaboration: Family was told I was telling my therapist "what he wanted to hear." This was extremely frustrating and disheartening because there was no communication of this at all to me in the time I was going to these sessions.
