The Three Seas Psychology group is a lovely establishment and I am absolutely shocked by the negative reviews! I'm unbelievably happy with my psychologist Olivia. She always takes the time to listen, be empathetic and kind .... But also has been providing such helpful advice and many tools I can use to assess my needs and act accordingly. I found my psychologist insensitive, cold, and unable to give me solution based advice. When explaining my troubling thoughts during the second big lock down, the psychologist looked bored beyond belief, and even asked me "don't you think everyone is feeling like this?". I understand that psychologists, like everyone, would also be feeling burnt out during this period, but at $290 I'd never expect such a cold and heartless response.
$290 appointment cancellation fee very steep - I had to look after my children for the day. Appointments never seemed to be getting anywhere either.
