used to be good, but turnover has been huge lately, and with everybody leaving, they are backed up and can't accomodate your schedule anymore. If you have to cancel they offer you a new appointment half a year later. Not great. Update: they reached out to me and were very apologetic about what they characterized as a miscommunnication, and gave me a prompt appointment. Much appreciated
