Dr. Thompson and his staff provide my family with great, personalized care....real care. They're available by phone, text, email, even when we're out of town or the US. Our bloodwork, vitals, and general health are montitored vigorously, and we're held to account to having healthy habits. As important, Dr. T. is a 'connector'. The entire staff is welcoming and friendly. Three major things stood out to me. First, they were prompt. They saw me at the time of my appointment. No waiting around forever for someone to finally see you. Second, Dr. Thompson himself took time to come introduce himself and chat before I got started with the nurse practitioner.
