I would recommend against leasing from this property. They never shovel the snow during the winter and allow the parking lot to turn into a sheet of ice. My car was once stuck in the parking lot for almost an hour. Only reason I got out is because I had cat litter. They do not require the tenants to leash their dogs while on the property. On more than one occasion I almost hit a dog while driving into the lot. If you complain, management will tell you, oh well it's not in their lease to leash their dog.
