Didn’t take photos of the meal but an awesome place! A must try.
We took out-of-town friends for a special meal. They loved the haddock chowder and beet salad and lazy lobster. My husband’s steak tips were yummy and a generous portion so plenty to take home. My onion soup was unnecessarily scorching with a handle that caught me twice until I turned it away. I waited 10 minutes to enjoy it. My chicken tenders and fries and Cole slaw were delicious. Plenty of leftovers to take home. We love the cozy booth inside when it’s muggy outside.
Booked july 29-31. Lock to room very difficult to open door. Mattress very uncomfortable. Paint peeling from bathroom ceiling. Toilet seat broken. TV channels kept freezing
This review is for the restaurant. Very nice service. Food was very good. My wife had the roasted beet salad to start. I had the truffle mushroom tart which was very enjoyable. We shared an order of the house bread. For the main course, my wife had the baked haddock and I had the chefs choice steak. ⅔ of that went into a takeout box. Besides it being a huge steak, the starters were very filling. Food was well prepared and tasty. The restaurant is definitely worth visiting. Reservations are highly recommended.
