Great experience at the Arlington Bathhouse. Jimmy was super attentive and friendly. Highly recommend.
I was told on the phone that the works included a bath, facial, and massage and they told me it would just be 230 for my girlfriend and I. They didn't tell me the facial was extra and charged an extra 120 on my card without informing me. I will be back for my 120. Very shady business.
I did not enjoy this spa experience at all. It felt like you were just a body on a conveyor belt to them. Shuffled from one room to another, very little information given about what should be happening next, probably because they don't really know themselves. They lost track of people there were so many going different directions. Walking around naked with a sheet wrapped around you was not a comfortable experience. I brought guests from out of town for a relaxing spa day and the front desk messed up so badly, when I went to pay for tips at the end they told me my payment from earlier wasn’t showing up so I would have to pay again. I showed the woman on my bank app where the nearly 400 dollars had been taken out of my account but they insisted it hadn’t gone through. I was made to pay again and told if it did take it out twice, just call Monday and they’d fix it. After confirming it was taken out twice, I called repeatedly on Monday to ... read more
