The experience was incredibly relaxing! The attendants and staff were kind, knowledgeable, and professional. I was attended by Susan, and she was such a lovely person!

I booked my appointment based on the website. It looked like a legit spa so I didn't bother reading the reviews. Big mistake! The one or two pics they have on the website look nothing like the actual interior of the building. It is an old and historic building, I get that, but it doesn't excuse the fact that it's not clean. I had a thermal bath and 30 minute massage. Starting off you undress and they wrap you in a sheet, which ends up having to be swapped out for fresh ones between treatments. My mom visited this bath house in the past and raved about it! We went for Mother's Day and I was pleasantly surprised! Now the aesthetic isn't what I'd normally go for, but I understand the bathhouse's history. Booking was easy and smooth. We missed our 15 minute grace period for our appointments, but they were very accommodating. I received a massage from Karen and the experience was a 10/10! Good massage, but even better interaction.
