I Have been taken my grandson here for over 2 years ...They still do not know me by name ,their staff is very unprofessional, the therapist that have worked with him are amazing! The new office manger who says she is not her just makes me laugh,They have a sign that kindness is the new fashion ,I believe that works both was ...simple as getting a name correct would be a start,They have a turn over in office staff a few times a year...But as for the Therapist they are AMAZING

My Daughter loves the ladies .. she is always happy to go to therapy
My 3 year old loves it here! Since day 1. He asks for Julie, Cathy, and Stacy non stop! They’ve truly been so sweet to him and myself. I love the front desk ladies and everyone there. They’re all super understanding and accommodating. Considering I’m About to have my third in 3 weeks and my second is only 14 months. So of course things pop up. I’m so happy I reached out to them. My son was evaluated here and the treatment he received was exceptional! As a mother who treats patients in the physical therapy field I wanted to find a place and therapists who had similar teaching and treatment goals. Everyone here has been so nice and extremely professional. Most importantly my son feels comfortable and loves coming here because it's his "play and gym time!" His progress has been a miracle. Thank you Therapy Village....you have been such a blessing!!
