I personally loved both of my therapists in the time I was there, and the front desk lady as well — this review has nothing to do with them. However, if you’re a minority, keep in mind that they do not hold ethical values here. On top of that, they are a rotating door when it comes to therapists. They don’t tend to stay for very long so I suspect that they’re being mistreated.
Kindness and compassion greet you as soon as you step into the office. The receptionist is knowledgeable and friendly and the overall feel of the office is warm and cozy!
I felt very comfortable and welcome in their offices. Very calming place to get help. I saw very diverse staff when I was there, I would reason to believe they have a therapist to suit anyone’s comfort level.
If you have a job DO NOT GO HERE THEY WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU. we have had appointments set up for a month and they called the day before and canceled it. When they asked me to reschedule I gave them three days and they had nothing. When I asked what they did have available. They said my appointment that’s scheduled already was the next one.( I had scheduled multiple appointments at once over a month ago) Which would put a MONTH in between when we last saw the therapist and that next appointment. I loved all my appts with Amanda Baker. I thoroughly enjoyed her therapy style as she allowed me to be accountable in my personal growth while also empowering me. She made a huge difference in my mental health journey while I was going through multiple life changes. She is a very compassionate and knowledgeable individual, I highly recommend her.
