Lived here for over a year and it's gone completely done hill. It's now overpriced and completely absent of any value. Office ridiculously closes every afternoon because they don't bother or care about their paying tenets. Read need to speak to them about how they are stealing $25 a month from me for renters insurance despite the fact I renewed with their recommended insurance company. They are not returning emails and always closed when I am off work. AVOID!!!!
I am sharing my initial move-in experience and plan to follow up with an updated review toward the end of my lease. The Positives Cianna did an amazing job showcasing the property and highlighting its features. Raquel was great at answering my questions whenever I reached out to the office when I could reach someone. She even advocated for me so I could pay most of my deposit prior to move-in. Decent place to live but the leasing office is closed for a minimum of an hour and a half almost every single day for what they continually call “unforeseen circumstances”. This has led to a lot of issues with deliveries being able to access the building. I am not sure why this is happening the past few months because when I originally moved in the leasing office would always have someone there during business hours.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I don’t leave reviews often, but Altitude 1675 absolutely earned this five-star shoutout! The location is unbeatable, super convenient for getting anywhere in Phoenix. The pool and hot tub area is genuinely awesome, perfect for unwinding after a long day, and the fitness center is well-equipped and always clean. It was highly inappropriate to see management host a watch party for Trump’s UFC event in a shared resident space. Trump is extremely divisive, and many residents are negatively impacted by his policies. Altitude 1675 hosting an event centered around Trump felt tone-deaf and made me and other residents feel uncomfortable in a place where all residents should feel welcome and comfortable.
