Very poor experience. Call #1 after they have my money. "I'll call you back after this meeting" No call. Response to second call "I'm sorry I forgot about you" Asked for paperwork to send in my properties said she would send it. Never did. Time for closing. Title company had to repeatedly call me to get them to fill out the paperwork. Day of money transfer following Friday closing. My final day of the 45. Texas 1031 refuses to tell me where my funds are held in escrow. Bond certificate on their website expired in 2020. Their liability insurance policy expired last month according to declaration sheet posted on Texas 1031 website. I can't get a call back from anyone but the receptionist. My "receipt" for the money consists of a one-sentence unsigned email. I hope this turns out better than it looks right now. CC
