The staff here is amazing especially the Maintenance Staff! Tony is always on top of it, awesome guy and does an excellent job when it comes to any and all things that need to be repaired or looked at!

A current resident of this apartment complex since March 2025. Nice apartments. Maintenance is a-OK as long as you keep pushing them. Hallway smells sometimes. There was a large coffee spill at the entrance of the building never been cleaned. Common areas like the entrance doors are filthy, nobody ever attend to those issues. A lot of hidden fees along with the rent. The most frustrating thing is NOBODY EVER PICKS UP THE PHONES IN THE LEASING OFFICE. I've been a tenant here for almost a year and it has constantly exceeded expectations. The maintainence people are so responsive and fix issues faster than I would have been able to hire someone to do the same thing. The leasing office is absolutely great. I've spoken with Chase and Veleeta the most and they really go above and beyond to help. Not to mention, the place itself is well built with thick walls and is quiet. I really like living here. The only downside is visitor parking is sometimes iffy.
We’re on our third lease here and still love it! The location is great, amenities are well-kept, and the complex feels very safe thanks to secure access and consistent gate operation under new management. Guest parking is still limited, but everything else makes up for it. The new office and maintenance staff have been awesome—quick, professional, and responsive.
