We had a wonderful tour with Marísa today. Hands down the best leasing agent I have met in my entire apartment hunt experience. Marísa is so knowledgeable about the complex and was able to answer all of my partner and I’s questions on spot easily. It was such a delight to see how above and beyond Marísa goes for the community, she addressed every resident we passed by personally but by name too! We felt so welcomed on this tour, she really has us excited to make The Tessera our future home.

Josh on the Tessera maintenance crew did a great job today on March 13th, 2026. Our AC unit was leaking. Josh knocked politely, showed up literally minutes after we submitted the work order. We appreciate the prompt efficient work the maintenance crew does around here. Josh is great new addition to the crew. He answered all our questions and even switched our AC's filter. Thanks Josh, we appreciate your courteous and professionalism.
I’ve had a very good experience living at The Tessera. The community is very quiet, clean, and centrally located, which makes everything so convenient. The customer service from the manager, Veleta, is always outstanding — professional, attentive, and truly caring about the residents. And Marissa… she is absolutely the gem of this property.
