This is the six time my car gets towed parked on the right or wrong spot, last time I've picked up my car I was getting advise from the tow truck company against this place on how hard their trying to get money, it's ridiculous how hard is to find parking I normally park in the other side of the street hoping I don't get hit by a car or my kids every time I have to go in and out of the building and the times you can find an open spot there's always a reason to get tow. I’ve been here about a year and a half now and I just love Veletta the office manager she is so nice and attentive! The maintenance here is great. They get your your work orders done quickly!
I came to tour and discuss floor plans this afternoon. I waited patiently in the lobby as the staff was cackling in the back. There was a sign stating they were away from the desk. I waited for about 15 mins then decided to call the property to get a staff members attention. You can clearly hear the phone ringing in the lobby coming from the landline in the back office. We’re on our third lease here and still love it! The location is great, amenities are well-kept, and the complex feels very safe thanks to secure access and consistent gate operation under new management. Guest parking is still limited, but everything else makes up for it. The new office and maintenance staff have been awesome—quick, professional, and responsive. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall, I really enjoy living at Tessera Apartments. The management team has been great, but I especially want to recognize the maintenance staff. They are always friendly, professional, and quick to respond whenever I have an issue. It makes a big difference knowing that any problem will be handled with care and efficiency. Thank you for creating such a welcoming and well-maintained place to call home!
