The pool is always closed! They want to blame the residence but they are the ones who pick the people that live here! Today I received again for the fourth time this summer that the pool is closed and they don’t know until when! I am so miserable living in this trash! I hate I have to live here another six months before my lease is up!!! Garbage and dog poop everywhere and again the pool is always CLOSED! It’s the most I’ve ever paid in rent and the worst place I’ve ever lived!
My friend still lives here and stated they now have AI taking calls. Im guessing this is because the leasing agent they refuse to fire has now gotten even worse at her job.
Awesome experience so far. Angie has been really nice! Love the community events. Update: I am updating this after my move out experience which has been absolutely horrible. I got charged for everything things such as wall damage, repair and paint and an outrageous amount for cleaning. Not only am I not getting any of my deposit back but I've been asked to pay extra. The staff here is amazing especially the Maintenance Staff! Tony is always on top of it, awesome guy and does an excellent job when it comes to any and all things that need to be repaired or looked at!
the maintenance employee named Thomas came by after hours to help me with my AC issues and was a great help. Couldnt have asked for a better response. Thanks Thomas !
