I live here, The new manger Ashly sucks. She’s unresponsive and not inclusive. One time someone snuck into the building and was high and drunk and naked roaming the halls banging on everyone’s doors. Street is insanely noisy. The carpets are dirty and smell terrible. No air condition. Call box never works. Elevators go down sometimes. Fire alarm evacuations in the middle of the night. The homeless shelter is across the street. Building is cool and some of the neighbors are friendly.

I moved-in in September 2024, but within just a few months of living here (January 2025) I experienced a violent, random stranger trying to forcefully kick in my door at 3:40am one morning.
