Stop bombarding people with you junk mail! Every week you get they're garbage purchase agreement in the mail. If I want to sell my property I would sell it!
If this isn't a scam, it's definitely not "above board." It's classic "bait and switch." They send you a letter, quote you an exact price, you call, they never call back, they send an email weeks later saying "oh, uh, gee, we can't make that price work, we have to revise it down." Classic takeaway here: If you didn't initiate the response, it's a scam. Don't bother.
Great people to work with & offered an amazing land deal with seller financing!! As a veteran they understood how important finding the right property was for me, and they went above and beyond to help me get the right one.
