Short version: A wonderful place to live! Long version: We moved in recently and I couldn't love it more. The neighborhood is super quiet, even though we are right near the down town, the apartments are kind of tucked back in so it is peaceful. You could still walk to restaurants, and even the library is right around the corner. The office manager is so nice and kind, and I'm grateful to her. This is a new duplex community. Each section has an actual individual street address, not just an apartment number. The numbers start with 702, 703, 704, 705, 711, 712, 713, 714 Gabby Court. The next section is 602, 603, 604, 605, 611, 612, 613, 614, Maggie Court. The third and final section is 505 Shelly Place for the OFFICE. The rest are 515, 517, 5227, 529 Shelly Place. All are located on the corner of Chamblin Street and Armory Drive in Woodruff, SC 29388.
