I went to go look at an apartment to rent and the two ladies in the office were very welcoming and friendly and very helpful. I put an application in, now I'm just waiting to hear if I get the apartment. The grounds were very clean the apartments I looked at five of them and they were very clean I don't have any issues. I definitely would rent there.
The apts. complex is fine, we will be happy here. My one suggestion, don’t suggest Dolly moving. We did not know this was not a moving company but and app. Needless to say, I had to spend $900 for a last minute mover. Not too happy about that! Other than that, we are enjoying our apt. and find the area peaceful. Great shopping, restaurants and a movie theater very nearby.
The units I was shown were dirty and outdated. I saw signs of black mold as well as windows with broken seals which had condensation on the inside of the window pane (the part inside the apartment) the basketball court was missing a hoop, the path ways were not well maintained, looks like they didn’t even try, pulled a drawer open and it fell out, in one of the units a whole door on a small storage part was missing.
