I moved into this apartment complex in January 07. When Tracy ( The Property Manager at that time ) was very nice, helpful, and willing to help the customers. Well in July of 07 I call the office to report the sheetrock in the masterbedroom was wet. That is when I learn that Tracy does not work at The Terraces any more.Every time that it rains water would drip onto the carpet. It was the sheetrock by the door to go outside on the patio.
