I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The apartment community is well-maintained, peaceful, and feels like a place you can truly call home. The grounds are clean, and any maintenance requests I’ve had were handled quickly and professionally. One of the best parts of living here is the office staff—especially Kimberly. My daughter and I are planning on moving to Kentucky from New York. We have been looking around for apartments, we do not want to purchase a home until we know the exact area we want to live. I’m extremely disappointed with this apartment complex, especially considering how it’s marketed as “luxury.” There is nothing luxury about it—particularly when it comes to parking, which has become a daily frustration and safety concern. Residents are required to pay for parking passes, which would be understandable if the system were actually enforced. Unfortunately, it’s not. This was honestly a very frustrating experience. I would give zero stars if I could. When we first had our tour, we were introduced to Mrs. Angelina who is amazing and answered all of our questions. We decided that we wanted to move to these apartments and had trouble filling out the application but eventually did it.
