Kimberly was who we worked with looking into The Terraces. She was a pleasure to work with, friendly, professional, and finished everything in a timely manner. The apartment exceeded our expectations and they went above and beyond for me and my family!
Absolutely LOVE this community. Kimberly helped us with all of our questions and got us into the apartment that would work best for our needs. We’ve been here a week and have already been greeted by our neighbors with Sourdough bread which is the absolute SWEETEST thing! We’ve loved spending our days at the pool and we’re excited to spend time at the playground soon. And don’t get me started with the layout of our apartment! Our home is too cute and cozy, I don’t think I’ll ever want to leave.
Moved out two days early and spent hours deep cleaning the apartment — including scrubbing the bathroom. I have clear photo and video evidence showing the unit was spotless. No final inspection was done with me, yet I was charged $125 for a vague “urine smell.” No proof, just a subjective claim. Very disappointing. We love the Terraces! We have been here for a short while but have felt nothing but welcomed by all the staff and our neighbors! Kimberly is so fun to chat with and was so kind and helpful with the whole process. The place is absolutely beautiful and we are so excited to be a part of this community. I would highly recommend the Terraces to anyone considering moving to the area!
