absolutely love the team here they are amazing and work with you as much as they can! Kimberly is the one who helped us and she was the sweetest and made the moving experience fast and easy! 10/10 recommend!!
Kelly is a phenomenal agent. She is friendly knowledgeable and responds back to any of my questions or concerns in a timely matter. The property itself is very clean, quiet, and feels safe and secure. We have been very happy with our experience this far!
I have lived here for over a year! I can't express how happy I am to be a part of the terrace complex and community. Kelly is always my saving grace, and whenever I have an issue, I let her know and the same and or next day maintenance is out to fix the problem. She has been very understanding, and willing to help whenever she can with what I need I am so glad she is back!!! Thank you Kelly for all that you do and have continued to do, I am very grateful !!
I’ve been living here for about 2 years now and it’s fabulous. Kelly is the best woman, she’s so helpful with any concern I bring up and there’s not many !! Very dog friendly and Maintence is spectacular.
The whole property is covered in dog poop. Half the time the trash compactor doesn’t work and everyone just leaves their trash piled up around the dumpster. The assistant property manager Kelly is incompetent at her job. She lost my security despot and refused to cut me a new check. I moved out 2 months ago and still don’t have my deposit back. *Edit* That’s funny because MY records do indicate that my deposit was issued on July 1st. Which means Kelly is a liar as well as incompetent.
