I lived here for 2 years. My rent started at $1,600, then increased to $1,800 the second year. When I tried to renew for the third year, they raised it to $2,000. That was too much for me, so I had to move out. Later, I found out they listed the same apartment for $1,600 and rented it at that price. We moved here about a year ago with our Dog Denali. We wanted to be right in the midst of everything that Brookfield has to offer, and we are very pleased with our decision to Make The Club at Brookfield Hills our home. The Office Staff and the Maintenance staff are very professional and really know how to manage a Large Apartment Community! We’ve lived here just under a year and we love the community. Our Loft Apartment is nicely updated with a very open concept.We have enjoyed living in such a beautifully maintained property with lots and lots of open space and convenient sidewalks to walk our Dog. The office Staff and Maintenance team are very professional and respond quickly to our needs, I would definitely recommend making this Apartment Community your next home!
