Keo was the best!! You guys need to give him a raise. He assisted me with my dishwasher when it went down and was able to replace it for me in no time. He was very communicative which I appreciated. Thanks Keo. I wish you the best at your next property 🫶🫶🫶

Building is great and the apartments are even better. Modern design and high ceilings. The maintenance service is also great as displayed by Keo. He cam immediately and fixed up our issue no problem. Thanks Terrace.

Hello, I called the office about the apartment, and unfortunately, I was spoken to in a very disrespectful way. I meet all the qualifications, yet I was denied even a chance to view the apartment. I was told I could only see pictures online and that I must fill out the application before seeing anything. I felt like I was being shut out for no clear reason, and I hope future communication with interested applicants can be handled more respectfully.

I felt discriminated against, I asked for information and they didn't tell me anything. The lady at the office looked at me strangely. I asked for a 1-bedroom apartment since it appears available on the website and the girl simply told me no without giving me any explanation.
