I’ve stayed quiet long enough, but this place is seriously lacking when it comes to maintenance and basic communication. Today the laundry room was locked all day with no notice which is super inconvenient when residents rely on it. This has happened before with the pool too locked during posted hours, so people are literally jumping the fence to access amenities we’re already paying for. I call several times during their working hours to be directed to voice-mail and drove over to he told their openings are for the wait listed people. Either remove the availability online to not confuse others or be available to answer the phone to inform others rather than just nit answer or be productive 👍
