As of October 2025, Robert and Bernard are doing an outstanding job in office. They’re attentive and address every issue in a timely manner. They’re kindness and professionalism go a long way. The maintenance supervisor David, has also improved. He couldn’t be more professional, understanding and courteous. His professional demeanor has been noticed and is highly appreciated. Very peaceful place to live I've been here since August last year and it's been wonderful great community everyone is nice so far im happy living here
I’ve stayed quiet long enough, but this place is seriously lacking when it comes to maintenance and basic communication. Today the laundry room was locked all day with no notice which is super inconvenient when residents rely on it. This has happened before with the pool too locked during posted hours, so people are literally jumping the fence to access amenities we’re already paying for.
