Had an overnight stay. Room and en suite was amazing. This was spoilt by airconditioning,was a portable unit. Which was extremely noisy, radiating heat, blowing cool air. Both my husband and I were unable to sleep because of the unbearable heat and noise Received complementary bar drinks which were lovely Also received complementary breakfast. Terrible. Most expensive room has a portable aircon clearly set up for long term use (broken aircon is probably something you should add to your room description before you have the nerve to charge $360 per-night) Bathroom hot and humid. Advertising city views (if you like looking at the city through 10 coke bottles). Broken shower, spraying all over the walls. Bath leaking water everywhere. Absolutely disgusting rooms! Air conditioning was broken with a huge tube sticking out of the ceiling from the loud, portable aircon which did nothing. The shower was spraying water everywhere over the ceiling and walls, bathtub was broken and was leaking. The windows were bolted shut so the room was very hot and uncomfortable, and this was the expensive suit. I emailed all this to the hotel, along with videos and images of how terrible the room was, never received a reply, then followed up for 5 days in a row, getting told ... read more
