Visited for breakfast today - staff were overwhelmed doing there best I guess seemed understaffed. Could not poach eggs even though you could order it. Was told they can’t poach eggs today. Coffee order was lost in the shambles. Asked 3 times about the coffee. I agree with an earlier comment this place could be great! So disappointed
The worst experience i have had in a Hotel. It was $300 a night and there were so many issues it is hard to know where to start. We were supposed to be able the check in at 3pm and our room was not ready until 5pm. We left out luggage in a supposedly secure room only to return and find the door open to the public. The poor young man behind the bar seemed to have no idea what Bourbon was when we ordered a drink. Attended they’re bottomless brunch on Saturday great atmosphere and service 10/10 food and drinks were fantastic
Never know when restaurant / kitchen will be open, they “play it by ear”, service is nonexistent, don’t go ! 0/10 actually.
I've enjoyed the excellent value $12.50 breakfast and the Saturday steak special for $25, both of which were excellent value for money and delicious. The beer, wine and coffee were all good and reasonably priced. You can dine outdoors, indoors or at the rear of the hotel in the garden area. The service is good and the venue is quite popular. Street parking only. Suitable for couples and/or groups or families.
