DONT GO HERE! We need good cafes and restaurants back please! Chef refused to make my breakfast order, so they lost a daily customer! please fire the chef and hire one with customer service, apparently he treats the waiters poorly too, and they're so nice so they don't deserve dealing with a cranky chef either
Great Room shame about the other things. We stayed at The Terrace Hotel Perth 14/03/25. We loved the bedroom and bathroom. Bed was so comfortable. Bathroom was luxurious. Staff were lovely. Then we have water coming through the ceiling in the reception (reception was not sign posted clearly) This was pooling on the beautiful original floor boards making it dangerous for both staff and guests. A couple of Hiccups ( not unexpected with a charming heritage building) to start of but Kaid embodied great customer service and sorted it with no issues at all. Really looked after me and ultimately why I will come back. Overall a great experience.
We came here for the advertised steak night. Called ahead to make a booking including 2 adults r children and requiring 2 high chairs for babies with alfresco seating. Arrived to nobody outside waiting, noone at the restaurant and a sign directing us to the bar.Naroow hot enclosed walkway the double twin pram barely fit though to find we weren't expected, the bar attendant had to call reservations to even be sure they had high chairs at all, which were pulled from a cleaning closest was the first red flag they wetr not ready... read more
