I actually enjoy living here, its so close to everything and hey Walmart is right across the street lol. You cant get no better than that. Arianna and all the new faces in the office are great and always greet you with a smile. This new management already seems to be taking care of us, Got to meet Dale that guy over maintenance and he is always smiles and throws his hand up when i pass by. i see other maintenance guys here too but havent met them yet, hopefully i wont have to except for outside of my apartment hahahahaha.

This is the worst apartments I have lived at. I have lived here for 4 years and the only good thing I cam say is you can't beat the location. Management changes frequently and it gets worse and worse. They add amenities and charge you extra even though you didn't ask or have the ability to opt out. They don't respond to Service calls in a timely manner and it floods frequently. Move here and your paying for location.
Currently sitting with no heat and haven't received a response from maintenance even though I called over an hour ago. While the people that work here are nice, that doesn't translate to effective property management. The lawn is not cared for, with random ditches, trash, and dog poop everywhere. The properties are also very expensive, yet I have outdated appliances and can't open my dishwasher without removing the cabinet and drawer knobs that block it from opening. I just want to take some time to commend the leasing staff. No not the entire staff but two of the greatest leasing agents ever!! Amy Christensen & Morgan Marsh are awesome. They made my move so effortless and stress free..I can't speak for everyone but for me moving is a headache. If you want the best leasing agents when you are moving look no further!!!���
