I moved into The Terrace and if it wasn't for Conrad our maintenance man I would of left. His efforts and knowledge of tasks are greatly appreciated. He makes you feel so comfortable and the way he gets up early on his own time to see that we are able to leave the building by snow removable or making sure we don't slide down the ramp.
