They always quickly resolve any problem I have in my apartment
The Terrance is a very peaceful environment I never had any problems there
My family has enjoyed living at the Terrace Apartments for 19&1/2 years now. We just don't like the yearly rent increases, but that seems to be the norm everywhere. Another ongoing problem is that our jacuzzi has never been completely repaired! The managers are very friendly and the maintenance staff has been great over the years. Overall it is a pretty decent place to live.
