This place is a wow! We had a group there for breakfast and it was SO good! Many varieties of fruit, cheeses, pastries, meats and even an omelette station where you could choose your ingredients. Endless coffee ( which was very good), great ambiance and a wonderful walk through history across the picture bridge after breakfast. Truly wonderful place!
We were at the Huntington Hotel on our honeymoon. The restaurant was not very full but it took almost two hours to get our main course. We waited 45 minutes for our appetizers to show up which was the soup of the day and raw oysters. I know it doesn't take 45 minutes to heat up a soup but we tried to be patient. Then we sat and sat. We could never find our waiter. We tried to get the eye of other waiters and they never came to our section. Finally our waiter showed up and asked if we had gotten our food. We said no. Amazing place for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Real anchovies in their Caesar Salad. You may have to ask for it IIRC. Good coffee and Arnold Palmers. Great service.
Nice relaxed atmosphere with nice food at the pools side, what more can you ask for.
Enjoyed the experience. A bit longer wait than expected to get seated, even though we had reservations
