I would not recommend this property based on my experience living there for over two years. Throughout my time at the property, I found management to be extremely disorganized and inconsistent in addressing issues within the building. Many concerns seemed to go unresolved unless they directly involved the management office. I’ve lived at The Terra for over a year now and recently renewed my lease, which probably says the most about how much I enjoy living here. The Terra truly offers a luxury living experience and feels much more like a five-star resort than a typical apartment community. The property is beautiful and exceptionally well maintained. I lived at Terra Apartments for over two years, and while the property itself may look nice, my overall experience with management, communication, consistency, and move-out was extremely disappointing. I have loved this property since the moment I came in and toured. The staff was nothing but kind and the amenities were AMAZING. Once I moved in, they made me feel welcomed and like i truly mattered. I recently moved out (bought a house) and did not have any issues with the move out process. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for an apartment that also once to be valued as a resident!
I would not recommend Terra Apartments to anyone. Our experience was terrible from start to finish, and if I could give zero stars, I would. From the beginning, there seemed to be constant issues, poor communication, and an overall lack of care for residents. Management was quick to address and criticize even the smallest mistake on our part, but whenever we needed assistance, responses were extremely slow or nonexistent.
