Kacie and the staff at Terra Apartments are wonderful to work with! Kacie is incredibly personable, professional, and responsive and most importantly, she gets things done. She and staff communicate clearly, follows through, and genuinely seems to care about the residents and the community. It’s always refreshing to work with someone who is both friendly and effective. Highly recommend Kacie and the Terra Apartments team!
I’m so happy I chose to renew my lease at Terra! I’ve stayed because of the wonderful team, the great amenities, the cleanliness, and the overall appearance of the community. Everything is always well-maintained and welcoming. I work all different hours and have never had an issue with the property. The office staff is always friendly, helpful, and professional, and I truly appreciate everything they do for the residents. I’m looking forward to another great year at Terra! Thank you to the entire team for all you do!
I would not recommend Terra Apartments in Louisville based on my experience living here. There are serious issues with privacy, maintenance, noise, communication, and what feels like inconsistent treatment of residents. One of my biggest concerns is the way certain residents are treated. I personally felt like I was being profiled and watched more than I should have been, particularly as a Black resident.
