I absolutely adore this apartment complex! Every detail of the clubhouse, pool, gym, and other amenities were so carefully thought out and designed so elegantly! From the moment we walked in the front door, it felt like home! The leasing manager Susan is the sweetest human EVER!! She’s so helpful and informative of everything about the Terra! We have found our FUTURE HOME!! We plan on moving in July 2026 and couldn’t be more excited!
By far the kindest and most attentive leasing office Susan and Zack always went the extra mile for me! I loved living here and would absolutely recommend it to anyone on the fence!

Travis W. gave me a call today to let me know my dog accidently got locked outside on my patio. Most complex employees wouldn't call you to see if they can enter to make sure your dog is okay and then I forgot to tell him to put on my air conditioner. Travis took a second trip to go back and make sure my pup was in the cool air. What a great guy. He really cares. The entire staff is great and I am lucky to call this place home for now. :)
