RecommendedWhile the units are close and the neighborhood is packed, there is a surprising amount of privacy and the community doesn’t seem too stifling. We love the amenities available to us, and all the restaurants within walking distance.
The staff here is amazing! They work with you and help you to be a resident here. Amazing location! You’re close to restaurants and shopping.
Love this place! I only wish there more opportunities to meet my neighbors, through community activities, socials and events.
A little spendy, but great location! Love how friendly everyone is & close to some tasty restaurants! Inside is nicely update & clean look- makes decorating easy. They’re always very kind at the front desk! :)
We’ve been here about a month now and have loved coming home each and every day! Everything’s been great so far from the pool, the friendly neighbors, the local restaurants and location of our neighborhood, areas for the dogs, and the office and staff. We’re so happy to have moved here!
Gorgeous community in the NE Eugene area - close to amazing shops and eateries. Unique lofts and town homes. Great staff and fun events, Check it out!
Nice neighborhood, pool and hot tub well maintained. Dog friendly... lots of nice people. Small kitchens, but bedrooms are good size. Free cable would be great!
