What a horrible service! Came here the 3 rd time to get my nails done. I was disappointed with their services in my last couple of visits too, but today was my 3rd and the worst visit. I wanted ombré nails so I emailed ahead with ombré pictures, was told it could be done for $20 extra, and I agreed. I expected professional results with proper tools(like the airbrush which is typically used for high quality ombré designs and which other salons have used for me in the past), but they didn’t have one and they never mentioned it... read more
Thank you to Shaleya for an amazing pedicure. This was my first time visiting The Ten Spot. I don't often get pedicures because of some bad experiences in the past (pain, bleeding, toenail infection from unsanitary conditions). I usually don't trust these places, but decided to give The Ten Spot in Whitby a try. Shaleya was so gentle, careful, and I felt so relaxed and able to enjoy a pedicure again.
