Thank you Ten Spot for a lovely experience! It's been a long time since I've felt pampered at a nail salon. When I first arrived I was welcomed with a smile and immediately offered a complimentary refreshment beverage and offered again during my mani/pedi. Akita, was very pleasant and did an amazing job on my hands and feet! She even offered me a complimentary toe wax. It's the extra little measures that go a long way and make a huge difference in how someone feels treated. I'll definitely be going back!

I had an amazing conversation with Marlene the owner. The location was clean and beautiful. They were able to accommodate me without an appointment. Naomi did an amazing job - she was managing client/customer care and did my manicure. She made sure I was happy with the result and ensured I left with the perfect mani.

Had my first Brazilian at The Ten Spot the staff was super nice and made me feel really comfortable. The waxer was considerate and did a great job overall. There was a small patch left in the back that I couldn’t really fix myself, which was disappointing at first. But the owner personally reached out and offered to fix it, which I really appreciated. Great service and even better follow-up! Will definitely recommend going there.
